Privacy policy.
This policy explains what personal information Homefront Property Management collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you can access or correct it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Last updated 30 September 2026.
Who we are
Homefront Property Management Pty Ltd (ABN 71 667 967 071, QLD real estate licence 4709462) is a residential property management agency at 7/35 Woodstock Road, Toowong QLD 4066. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Homefront” mean Homefront Property Management Pty Ltd.
What we collect
We only collect the personal information we need for what you’ve asked us to do, or to manage a property or tenancy.
- Rental appraisal requests: your name, email, phone number, the property address, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and anything you add in the message.
- Property Snapshot: the property details you enter. If you ask us to email your snapshot or call you, we also collect your name and the email address or phone number you give us.
- Emails, calls and messages: your contact details and whatever you tell us.
- Owners we manage for: contact and identity details, property and ownership details, bank account details for paying rent, and the records of managing your property.
- Tenancy applicants and tenants: the details in your application, such as identity, contact details, rental history, employment and income, and references, plus the records of your tenancy.
Where we can, we collect information directly from you. Sometimes it comes from someone else, such as a referee you name in a tenancy application, the property owner, or a tradesperson reporting on a repair.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare the appraisal or snapshot you asked for.
- To assess tenancy applications and give the owner what they need to decide.
- To manage properties and tenancies: collecting rent, arranging repairs, carrying out inspections and meeting our legal obligations.
- To follow up about our services, if you’ve asked about them. You can tell us to stop at any time.
We don’t sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above, or where the law requires or allows it. That can include:
- the owner of the property, and the tenants, where it’s needed to manage the tenancy;
- tradespeople and repairers, so they can contact tenants and access the property;
- government bodies such as the Residential Tenancies Authority, and tribunals such as QCAT, where a tenancy matter needs it;
- the software providers we use to run the business, for property management, customer records, maintenance, email and file storage, website hosting, form storage and email delivery.
Information stored overseas
Some of the software providers we use store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where that happens, we choose established providers and take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. Requests sent through this website’s forms are stored in Sydney.
Cookies and this website
We use Google Tag Manager to run analytics and advertising measurement tools, such as Google Analytics. They use cookies to show us how people find and use the site, for example which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, and roughly where visitors are. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors scroll, click and move through pages so we can see where the site is confusing. It hides what you type into forms. None of these tools tell us who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out for Google Analytics.
The fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load them. When you type a street address into the Property Snapshot, what you type is sent to Google Maps to suggest matching Queensland addresses. The upcoming inspections page keeps a copy of the open-home list in your browser so it loads quickly. That copy holds no personal information.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the people who need it for their work. We keep records for as long as we need them and for as long as the law requires, then destroy or de-identify them.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask for the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email contact@homefrontpm.com.au and we’ll respond within 30 days. If we can’t give you access, we’ll tell you why.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your personal information, email contact@homefrontpm.com.au or write to us at 7/35 Woodstock Road, Toowong QLD 4066. We’ll look into it and reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
