Property management is usually the afterthought: the back office of a sales agency, run on templates, juniors and staff turnover. Homefront was built the other way around. Managing rentals is the business, so it gets the attention a sales listing would get anywhere else.
Before Homefront, we built and ran a short-stay accommodation portfolio: pricing nightly, coordinating cleans and trades, answering guests at any hour. That business taught us to move fast and measure everything. Long-term rentals deserve the same energy, and almost never get it.
Today we manage a deliberately focused rent roll across south-east Queensland, including Brisbane, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, priced on live market data and looked after by dedicated, full-time property managers. Every owner has their manager’s direct mobile and email, not a call-centre queue.
How we work
- Evidence first. Rent figures, renewals and tenant selection are argued from comparable data, not gut feel, and we show the working.
- Direct lines. Your property has a dedicated manager, and you have their personal mobile and email. Nothing goes through reception.
- By the book. Everything runs strictly to Queensland’s RTRA Act: entries, notices, bond and arrears, done properly the first time.
